Privacy and cookies

In short: this website does not collect personal data, uses no cookies and contains no tracking tools. The only exception is Google Maps, which loads only if you choose to open it.

Data controller

Emma Luzzietti — La Casa del Gelsomino, Via del Cavaliere 45, 63075 Acquaviva Picena (AP), Italy. Email: info@lacasadelgelsomino.com.

Availability requests

The booking calendar sends nothing to our servers: it composes a message that opens in WhatsApp or your email app, and you send it yourself. We use the details you send us (dates, number of guests, room and anything you add) only to reply and, if you book, to manage your stay. WhatsApp’s own terms apply to its use.

Your stay

On arrival, Italian law requires us to record guests’ identity document details for the police (Alloggiati Web) and for regional tourism statistics. These data are processed only for these purposes and kept for the period required by law.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies. The calendar remembers your chosen dates only in your open browser tab (sessionStorage), so you don’t lose it when changing page; it is cleared when you close the tab. Fonts are hosted on our own site, with no external services.

Videos and map

The videos, taken from our Instagram profile, are hosted on our own site: watching them does not contact Instagram. Only when you press “Show the map” is Google Maps loaded, which may use its own cookies under its privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@lacasadelgelsomino.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
